All products sold on Banzi Store are digital products (source codes, applications, software). Due to the nature of digital products:

  • Products are delivered instantly upon purchase
  • Products cannot be "returned" as they are immediately accessible
  • Once downloaded, the product has been delivered and consumed
  • We cannot verify if you have deleted or stopped using the product
